If you are located in Scotland, the Highlands, or Northern Ireland, please contact us before placing your order as additional delivery charges or restrictions may apply.

Delivery Timeframes

Most items are delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the point of order.

For certain larger or specialist items, delivery may take slightly longer depending on product type and supplier availability.

Large and Pallet Deliveries

Some larger items, including baths, furniture and enclosures, are delivered via pallet or specialist courier services.

Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.

Access to the property must be suitable for larger vehicles.

A valid contact number must be provided at checkout.

Pallet deliveries are typically kerbside only and drivers are not able to carry items into the property.
