We offer standard delivery across mainland England and Wales.

If you are located in Scotland, the Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and any additional delivery charges.

Delivery Timeframes

Most items are delivered within 3–5 working days.

You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched. For larger or pallet deliveries, our courier will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date.

On the day of delivery, drivers may contact you shortly before arrival.

Large & Pallet Deliveries

Some larger items are delivered via pallet or specialist courier.

Please ensure:

• Someone is available to accept delivery
• Access is suitable for larger vehicles
• Items are checked before signing

If no one is available to accept delivery and no prior arrangement has been made, re-delivery charges may apply.

Checking Your Order

Please inspect all items carefully before signing for delivery.

If any item appears damaged, missing or incorrect, this must be noted at the time of delivery. Once goods are signed for as received in good condition, responsibility transfers to the customer.
