Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver only to England and Wales using our own dedicated transport service.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to:

Northern Ireland

Offshore or non-mainland areas

Delivery Times

Delivery Process
As we deliver using our own transport:

Delivery is normally confirmed in advance by text message or phone call

Our driver may contact you 30–90 minutes before arrival

Larger items may require a pre-arranged delivery date
On the Day of Delivery
Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the goods.
On delivery, customers must:

Confirm correct items and quantities
Our driver will:

Verify item details

Ask for a delivery signature

Take delivery confirmation photos where required

Once items have been accepted and signed for in good condition, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer.
If no one is available to receive the delivery and no prior instructions have been given, the delivery may fail and will need to be rearranged.
