At Bathroom Source Direct, we aim to keep returns straightforward and fair.

30-Day Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery provided it meets the conditions below.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused
• Be in original packaging
• Be in a resalable condition
• Be returned within 30 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Change of Mind

If you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer require the product, you may return it within 30 days.

Please note:

• Return collection charges will apply
• Original delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable
• The item must be in fully resalable condition

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible and ideally within 48 hours of delivery.

Photographic evidence may be required to assist with resolution.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect, we will arrange collection and replacement or refund as appropriate.

• Photographs (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for collection or return.

Please do not return items without contacting us first.

• Items must be securely packaged for return
• Returns that are used, damaged after delivery, or not in resalable condition may be refused

Refunds will be processed once returned goods have been inspected.
