Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return it. Items should remain uninstalled, unused and carefully looked after.

Will all the items in my order arrive together?
If your order contains several products, they may be dispatched separately and arrive on different days. This allows us to send each item from the appropriate UK supplier without unnecessarily delaying your complete order. We will provide any available delivery information as your order progresses.
When will I get my order?
Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Larger or fragile bathroom items may be delivered by a specialist courier, who will normally contact you the day before delivery. Delivery times can vary depending on the product and your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are sourced from established UK suppliers, but the country of manufacture varies between products and brands. If you would like to know where a particular item was manufactured, please contact us before ordering and we will confirm it for you.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free delivery to England & Wales. For delivery to Scotland, the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, UK islands or any other location, please contact us before ordering, as additional delivery charges or restrictions may apply.
Are you VAT registered?
Bathroom Source Direct is not currently VAT registered, so we do not charge VAT or issue VAT invoices. The price shown is the price you pay, apart from any clearly stated delivery surcharge that may apply to your location
How are large or heavy items delivered?
Large or heavy items are normally delivered to the kerbside or nearest safe accessible point at ground level. Delivery drivers cannot carry products inside your property or upstairs. Please make sure suitable assistance is available to receive the delivery and move the items safely into your property
