At Bathroom Source Direct, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.
Returns
You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unused and uninstalled
• Be returned in the same condition as received
• Be returned with all original packaging, parts, and accessories
• Be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit
We reserve the right to refuse or reduce refunds if returned goods show signs of use, installation, damage, or missing packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that have:
• Been installed or used
• Been damaged after delivery
• Been returned without original packaging
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Bathroom Source Direct cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may not be cancelled once they have been dispatched for delivery.
